Ahlam Publicly Mediates the Marriage Between Shujoun Al-Hajri and a Gulf Writer

Shujoun Al-Hajri and Fahad Al-Aliwah Exchange Public Words of Affection
The reaction of Emirati artist Ahlam Al Shamsi to posts by Kuwaiti actress Shujoun Al-Hajri and writer Fahad Al-Aliwah sparked a wave of comments and interactions on social media, after the duo exchanged public words of affection across various platforms.
In a lengthy Instagram post, Al-Aliwah shared a literary message filled with metaphors and poetic imagery, describing his feelings toward Shujoun, saying: "They ask me about her, and the earth stops spinning... She is my choice and my destiny, my laughter and my tears, my compensation for all I have lost..." He concluded his words by indicating that his love for her made him understand the true meaning of emotion.
On her part, Shujoun responded briefly with just two words: "My hidden secret," accompanied by a heart emoji—a silent yet powerful reaction.
Ahlam Encourages the Relationship
Emirati artist Ahlam’s response was prompt; she wrote on her account on X (formerly Twitter): "If I don’t get them married, I’m not Ahlam," in a playful expression hinting at her support for the relationship that has attracted public interest.
Previously, Fahad Al-Aliwah had expressed his full support for Shujoun following her recent legal troubles related to a drug case. At the time, he posted a lengthy message saying: "Shujoun is fine... because she knows how to love but not how to hate... because she is honest, spontaneous, and a child who grows up without losing her innocence..." affirming that she overcame the ordeal with the support of her loved ones.
It is worth noting that Shujoun Al-Hajri is considered one of the most prominent figures in Gulf drama, with a wide fan base, while Fahad Al-Aliwah is known for his distinctive literary style in writing and has previously collaborated on several successful dramatic works.
