Egyptian actress Somaya El Khashab opened up about a deeply personal aspect of her life—her experience with not having children—during a recent television interview.

She expressed complete contentment with her life, saying she has no regrets or sorrow about not becoming a mother. "I’ve never felt regret," she said. "I believe that God gives us only what’s best for us. By nature, I don’t have the patience needed to raise children." She added that she considers her nieces and nephews as her own children.

Surrounded by love and warmth from her family, El Khashab emphasized that inner peace and gratitude are the keys to her happiness.

"A Conscious Choice"

Reflecting on her past marriages, Somaya revealed that she sometimes chose not to have children, and in some instances, made the decision to terminate a pregnancy. She stressed that everything in life is fate and destiny, and what is written for us is always for the best.

When it comes to love, she explained that she leads with logic rather than emotion:

"I’m an emotional person, but my mind always guides my heart. I’ve never made a poor decision based solely on feelings. I’m a strong woman, and I always prioritize reason."
