Egyptian actress Ghada Ibrahim has revealed that she is preparing to tie the knot soon with a man from outside the entertainment industry, in a step that surprised her fans.

In exclusive statements, Ghada confirmed that the wedding ceremony will take place in July, noting that the engagement took place last month, and that the couple agreed to get married in the coming weeks.

She explained that they decided not to hold a traditional wedding party, and will instead spend their honeymoon in Egypt before traveling to a European country.

According to Egyptian media outlets, her fiancé is a 50-year-old businessman who works between Egypt, France, and Belgium.

On the professional front, Ghada Ibrahim took part in last Ramadan's TV season through the series “Half the People’s Name is Mohamed”, written by Mohamed Ragaa and directed by Abdel Aziz Al-Naggar. The cast included Rania Youssef, Essam Omar, Sherine, Mayan El-Sayed, Mohamed Mamdouh, and Donia Sami.

The story revolves around Mohamed, an air-conditioning engineer who leads a monotonous life and tries to break out of routine. He falls in love with two very different women at the same time, which leads to a series of problems caused by his reckless decisions.
