Details of the IncidentThe case began with a formal complaint filed by a woman at the First October Police Department, accusing Mohamed Ramadan and his son Ali of assaulting her son Omar, a sixth-grade student at an international school in Sheikh Zayed, while they were at the "New Giza" club.
The woman stated that her son was physically assaulted by Ramadan’s son, resulting in bruises and redness on his face. The incident escalated from a verbal dispute during play between the two children into physical violence. An official report was filed, and the case was referred to the competent investigation authorities to take legal measures.
Court DecisionSubsequently, the Juvenile Prosecution referred Mohamed Ramadan’s son to the juvenile court, which in its first hearing ordered him to be placed in a care home.
