The ruling came after it was proven that Watary had violated Elissa's artistic and moral rights, particularly following the release of the song "W Bateer," which escalated tensions into a serious legal dispute. Full Control Restored Over Elissa’s Digital PlatformsThe court also ordered Watary to hand over all access keys to the digital platforms used to distribute Elissa’s music and to fully detach from her official YouTube channel, granting the artist complete control once again.
