In Jordanian Dialect… Emirati Singer Aryam Dedicates “Golli Marhaba” to Jordan

In a heartfelt artistic gesture brimming with love and loyalty, Emirati singer Aryam has released her latest song, “Qolli Marhaba” ("Say Hello to Me"), marking her first musical venture in the Jordanian dialect. The song reflects her sincere emotions toward Jordan and its people, and coincides with a historic moment — the Jordanian national football team’s qualification for the World Cup.
The song serves as an emotional tribute through which Aryam expressed her desire to be part of this national celebration. She emphasized that her choice of the Jordanian dialect was not a coincidence, but rather a gesture of respect and appreciation for the Jordanian people and their trust in her as an Arab artist.
A Gift from Aryam to Jordan
Aryam stated: “I dedicate this song from my heart to Jordan and its beloved people. I felt this was the perfect time to express my love for this musical style and its beautiful dialect, and to share in the Jordanians' great joy.”
Aryam collaborated on this project with Jordanian poet Ihab Gheith, who wrote the lyrics in a poetic and emotional style. The melody was inspired by traditional Jordanian folklore, reimagined with a modern flair and arranged by music producer Firas Odeh, who fused authenticity with a contemporary sound.
A Work with a Jordanian Soul
The musical instruments were recorded in Jordan, while Aryam recorded her vocals at the studio of artist Hatem Mansour in Dubai, resulting in a song with a purely Jordanian spirit and a cohesive musical identity.
Poet Ihab Gheith expressed his happiness about the collaboration, saying: “Working with artist Aryam on a song that reflects Jordanian identity was a significant milestone in my career, and it was a great honor.”
The song has been released on various music platforms and radio stations in Jordan, the UAE, and the Arab world. The music video was launched exclusively on Aryam’s official YouTube channel.
