Widow of Ihsan Al-Turk appeals for allocation of financial support

The late artist Ihsan Al-Turk suffered harsh health and financial conditions in his final years, forcing him to sell his possessions to cover his treatment and living expenses amid a scarcity of acting roles offered to him.
He had previously received humanitarian support from some artists like Tamer Hosny and Hassan Shakoush, who stood by him during his hardship, with calls for ensuring financial support to help him face life’s challenges.
Passing of a Compassionate Artist and Father
Ihsan Al-Turk passed away in March 2024 after battling illness, leaving behind a significant artistic legacy spanning decades. He began his career at the dawn of the millennium and participated in over 30 films and 100 TV series, including well-known works such as “Magic of the Eyes,” “A Groom from the Security Side,” and “Raised in Azzo.”
He was distinguished by his supporting roles, which left a human impact on viewers’ hearts, and was known among his colleagues for his humility and noble character.
With his passing, the chapter closed on a sincere artist who lived for art and died in silence, while his family still awaits a compassionate gesture to repay some of the kindness he gave.
