In Intensive Care: Latest Developments in Sabry Abdel Monem’s Health Condition

The Egyptian actor Sabry Abdel Monem was admitted to the hospital for the third time in less than two weeks following a significant deterioration in his health condition.
A medical source at a private hospital in the city of 10th of Ramadan, Sharqia Governorate, reported that his condition is critical and he is receiving necessary medical care in the intensive care unit.
The source explained that the actor suffers from weakened heart muscle and deficiencies in blood components such as potassium and magnesium, in addition to age-related illnesses.
Intensive Treatment
The medical team, under the supervision of a specialized cardiologist, is following an intensive treatment protocol aimed at improving heart muscle function and blood component levels. However, the continuous decline in these levels requires frequent hospital admissions.
Earlier, Sabry Abdel Monem revealed that he had been diagnosed with cancer and suffered health complications from chemotherapy treatment lasting over five years. This affected his heart’s electrical system, causing repeated fainting spells and temporary Alzheimer’s symptoms. Devices were installed to regulate his heartbeats.
Separately, in May 2023, the actor was a victim of fraud, with security agencies uncovering the involvement of ten individuals, including five with prior criminal records, in embezzling his savings.
