American actor Jonathan Joss has passed away at the age of 59 after being involved in a shooting incident in San Antonio, Texas, according to international media reports.

A spokesperson for the San Antonio Police Department confirmed the details, stating that officers were dispatched on Sunday to Dorsey Drive after receiving a report of gunfire in the area. Upon arrival, they found Joss injured near the scene and attempted to administer life-saving measures until paramedics arrived.

Despite efforts to revive him, Joss was later pronounced dead due to his injuries.
