"Dana Abu Khader shines with active participation at the "Arab Media Summit 2025

The prominent Jordanian media personality Dana Abu Khudair led a panel discussion during the "Arab Media Summit 2025," held in Dubai on May 28 and 29 under the theme "Media in Times of Transformation."
The session focused on discussing the role of "economic media in the era of crises" and Abu Khudair participated alongside a distinguished group of media professionals and decision-makers from around the world.
The summit witnessed the participation of more than 6,000 leaders in thought, politics, and media. It addressed the rapid challenges facing the Arab media landscape amid digital transformations and changing audience behavior, alongside the financial difficulties confronting media institutions and the need to develop sustainable business models that meet contemporary demands and compete strongly in the global market.
Adapting to Crises
Discussions also emphasized the importance of building innovative Arab media capable of adapting to crises and changes, given the increasing roles media plays as a tool for influence and shaping public opinion. The summit’s program included over 175 main sessions and 35 workshops, presented by major media institutions and global digital platforms, with representatives from 26 countries, including Jordan.
Who is Dana Abu Khudair?
Dana Abu Khudair is one of the most prominent Jordanian media figures, known as one of the first faces to appear on Roya TV since its launch in 2011. She currently hosts the popular morning show "Dunya Ya Dunya" alongside the talk show "Bayn Qawsayn." She holds a bachelor’s degree in English and Spanish from the University of Jordan, along with specialized studies in photography and television directing from the New York Academy.
In 2016, she published her book "On the Waiting List," which recounts her personal and professional journey, especially during the illness of her husband, the artist Tony Qattan. She is known for her strong media presence and skill in managing discussions, enjoys wide popularity in Jordan and the region, and believes continuous development is the only path to excellence in the media field.
