He posted a series of photos from the graduation ceremony on his official Instagram account, accompanied by a clip from the classic song “Amourti El Helwa Ba’et Ta’ma” by the legendary Sabah, expressing his emotions in a heartfelt way.

Galal captioned the post, saying:"Congratulations, Qadriya, on graduating from the German high school program (Abitur) with distinction—Mashallah. I’m so proud of you, Dado."

He is collaborating once again with writer Anwar Abdel Moghith. The show blends elements of mythology and adventure, and is expected to require a large-scale production with diverse filming locations both indoors and outdoors, along with extensive use of modern visual effects and graphics.

The Success of “Gawdar 2” Paves the WayThis new project follows the significant success of Galal’s 2025 Ramadan series “Gawdar 2”, which received wide critical and popular acclaim.

“Gawdar 2” featured a star-studded cast, including Nour (Lebanon), Yasmin Raeis, Tara Emad, Wafaa Amer, Abdelaziz Makhyoun, Jihan El Shamashergy, Ahmed Bedeir, Walid Fawaz, Ayten Amer, and Hanady Mehanna. The series was written by Anwar Abdel Moghith and directed by Islam Khairy.

The story was inspired by tales from One Thousand and One Nights, specifically from nights 608 to 633, and followed the adventures of the fisherman “Gawdar” in a world of fantasy and intrigue.
