Lebanese actress Jessy Abdo expressed her frustration over social media content creators who use celebrities' names to attract attention and views. Her reaction came after a video went viral comparing her home to that of fellow actress Maguy Bou Ghosn.

Abdo shared the TikTok video via her Instagram Stories, in which a content creator claimed that “Maguy Bou Ghosn’s house looks nothing like Jessy Abdo’s,” describing Bou Ghosn’s home as “luxuriously elegant,” while saying Abdo’s had a “youthful and colorful” vibe.

Jessy responded with sarcasm and disbelief, saying: “Who are you? Who let you into my house? Where did you get those colors from? Who let you into Maguy’s house? Where did you get those decorations from? Only God knows.”

The actress voiced her disapproval of such videos that invade celebrities’ privacy, stating: “Please, don’t believe everything you see on social media. Just because something is said, doesn’t make it true.” She concluded with, “May God protect us from what’s coming.”

A Long-Standing Friendship with Maguy Bou Ghosn

Jessy Abdo’s most recent work was the Ramadan drama “Beldam,” in which she co-starred with Maguy Bou Ghosn. The two Lebanese stars share a deep friendship. In a previous interview with Fuchsia, Bou Ghosn described Jessy as more than a friend, saying: “She’s like a sister. We have a long history together. I love her because she’s a true friend, full of genuine love. We protect each other.”
