Emirati singer Hussain Al Jassmi expressed his great joy and happiness upon the arrival of his first child, announcing that he has named him “Zayed.”

The artist, known for his song “Fustanek Al Abyad” (Your White Dress), shared the news of his “first joy” on social media, praying for God's protection and blessings upon his son, and that he lives up to the goodness of his name.

In a caption accompanying a video, Al Jassmi wrote:

“Praise be to God who blessed us with Zayed bin Hussain Al Jassmi — a soul to our souls and a heartbeat to our hearts. O Allah, help him grow in goodness, and grant him the blessings, honor, and fortune of his name.”

He continued:

“O Allah, make him the apple of our eyes, help him grow well, bless him, protect him with Your ever-watchful eye, and grant every longing heart the blessing of fatherhood and motherhood.”
