Carole Samaha announces the launch of her new musical play in the coming days. Carole Samaha: "I have a great responsibility toward my team and 70 performers on stage."

Lebanese singer Carole Samaha is set to resume her artistic work, just one week after the passing of her husband, amid overwhelming support from her fans and loved ones.

In a heartfelt message shared via Instagram Stories, Carole announced her decision to return to the stage despite the deep sorrow she is experiencing following the death of her husband, Egyptian producer Walid Mostafa.

Carole emphasized her sense of responsibility toward her team and the 70 performers involved in her musical production, saying:

“Despite the difficult circumstances and the sensitive period I’m going through... I have a great responsibility toward my team and the 70 artists on stage.”

She explained that this comeback is in respect of her late husband’s final wishes, as he had urged her to keep moving forward with life and work no matter the circumstances.

Carole also announced the debut of her new musical play "Kello Masmouh" ("Everything Is Allowed"), which will run on May 12 and 13, with additional shows on May 15, 16, and 17 at Casino du Liban. She concluded by saying:

“The journey continues... with pain, but with deep faith.”

On Facebook, she expressed her gratitude to everyone who stood by her in this difficult time:

“From the bottom of my heart, thank you in this tough time... To everyone who offered condolences, came, called, or sent kind words — family, friends, colleagues, stars, and media professionals... Your love gave me strength and helped me through this pain. May God protect you and keep sorrow away from your hearts.”

A mourning reception was held in Beirut on Thursday evening, attended by numerous figures from the entertainment and media industry, who offered their condolences and support to Carole.

She had previously announced her husband's passing on Instagram, writing:

"Indeed, we belong to God, and to Him we shall return. Today I lost my husband and my love, Dr. Walid Mostafa, after a long battle with illness." She added: "Never have I known someone who believed in struggle the way you did. I lost your body, but your spirit will remain my inspiration... I will never forget your wishes, and your memory will remain a flame in my heart until we meet again — in a place with no pain and no farewells."
