One of the ugliest stories in the history of Palestine. In the month of Ramadan in 1948, the Israeli occupation forces decided to occupy the city of Lod and Ramla, on the evening of July 11, 1948. The occupation forces entered and were stationed in the center of the city and imposed a curfew on the entire city.
One of their soldiers walked around with a loudspeaker and promised them protection on the condition that they stay in the homes and mosques where they gathered, and then the disaster occurred.
