Recipe Ingredients:

- 750 grams of ground beef- 1 cup of chopped onion- 3 tablespoons of garlic and ginger paste- ½ cup of laban (yogurt) - preferable to use laban from Tayba brand- 2 tablespoons of Carrefour tomato paste- 4 tablespoons of oil- ½ cup of chopped coriander (cilantro)- 1 tablespoon of whole spice mix (contains cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, black peppercorns, and dried red pepper)- ½ teaspoon of turmeric- 1 tablespoon of ground dried red pepper- 2 tablespoons of coriander powder- 1 tablespoon of cumin- 1 tablespoon of gram masala- ½ teaspoon of cardamom- Salt and pepper to taste
