**Maqluba Samak (Fish Maqluba)**
- A large grouper fish cut into slices- Plenty of vegetable oil for frying- Half a cup of vegetable oil- 3 cups of medium-grain rice- 1 cup of Basmati rice- 7 white onions, sliced- 6 cloves of garlic, mashed- 1 tablespoon of dried coriander- 1 tablespoon of cumin- 1 tablespoon of curry powder- 1 tablespoon of turmeric- 2 hot chili peppers- Fried almonds for garnish
**For the Sauce:**
- 200 ml lemon juice- 2 cloves of garlic- 2 hot chili peppers, finely chopped- Pickled hot peppers, finely chopped
