- 1 cup boiled chickpeas- 2 tablespoons olive oil- 1/3 cup tahini- 1 clove garlic- 1 tablespoon lemon juice- 1/2 teaspoon cumin- Salt- 3 ice cubes- 1/2 cup chickpea cooking water- 1 cup yogurt- 3 loaves of toasted or fried bread- 1 cup chickpea cooking water- 1/2 cup whole chickpeas- Fried meat in ghee (optional)- Fried pine nuts and almonds- Spicy pepper seasoning- Parsley- Cumin- Sumac
