Syrian actress Maram Ali explained her current stance on marriage and shared her perspective on this stage of her life and whether she is ready to get engaged soon.

In an interview on a television program, she pointed out that she is currently focusing on her artistic career and does not want to give up her work or social activities, emphasizing that this was one of the main reasons that led her to reject marriage proposals so far.

She added that she does not believe marriage should mean stopping work or stepping away from her passion for acting.

She clarified: “I don’t think there will ever be a choice between marriage and my profession as an actress.”

She confirmed that she does not set impossible conditions for engagement, but only asks for basic qualities in a man, such as good morals, conscience, and mindfulness of God in dealing with her.

She said she receives marriage proposals regularly, but until now she has rejected more than 100 offers.
