Egyptian actor Sherif Salama has put an end to recent rumors surrounding the suspension of filming for the series “Ala Qad El Hob”, scheduled to air during the upcoming Ramadan drama season, which stars him alongside Nelly Karim.

He stressed that claims linking the alleged halt in production to rumors about a romantic relationship with his co-star are completely unfounded.

Salama explained that filming is continuing normally, noting that the only pause was due to routine script revisions, a common practice in television productions that does not affect the show’s airing schedule or its participation in the Ramadan race. He emphasized that reports connecting the production pause to personal rumors circulating recently are entirely false.

The series features a distinguished cast including Safaa El-Toukhy, Mohamed Ali Rizk, Mahmoud El-Leithy, Mohamed Abu Dawoud, Ahmed Saeed Abdel Ghani, and Shahd El-Shater, and is directed by Khaled Saeed. The drama follows a social-romantic storyline exploring complex human and family relationships.

Meanwhile, Salama and Karim currently star together in the film “Gawaza Wala Ganaza”, which is screening in cinemas and has drawn notable audience attention.
