Global star Angelina Jolie, 50, is preparing to sell her $25 million Los Feliz estate to begin a calmer life between Europe, Cambodia, and New York, following her 2024 divorce from Brad Pitt.

Sources say Jolie, who has lived in the home with her six children since 2017, seeks to step away from the spotlight and enjoy a slower pace, dividing her time between New York, where she runs her creative venture Atelier Jolie, Europe, and Cambodia, where she has owned a home since 2003 after adopting her eldest son, Maddox.

The sources added that Jolie wants to separate from public pressures and focus on projects that inspire her and fuel her passion, according to actor and producer Jae Benjamin, a close friend.

The Los Feliz property, named after legendary director Cecil B. DeMille, spans 2.1 dunams and includes the main house, gardens, a pool, and a studio.

Jolie has already begun showing the estate to potential buyers.

Her move remains linked to her children, as she planned to stay in Los Angeles until her younger twins, Vivienne and Knox, turn 18 on July 12, after which she will be free to relocate.

Jolie has three adopted children—Maddox (24), Pax (22), Zahara (20)—and three biological children—Shiloh (19), and twins Vivienne and Knox (17).

This relocation comes after a long period of divorce proceedings and legal disputes with Brad Pitt over their French winery, Château Miraval, which has been under contention for years.

In a 2024 interview, Jolie said she stayed in Los Angeles for her children but is now looking forward to starting a new chapter away from media attention, splitting her time between Cambodia, France, and parts of Africa, where she has close friends and finds an inspiring environment.
