Safaa Sultan said in a post on her Instagram account, accompanied by a picture of the legal complaint: "The era of silence over the truth is over! When the people of truth remain silent in the face of falsehood, the people of falsehood mistakenly believe they are right."

She pointed out that on May 15, 2025, through her legal representative, lawyer Mohammed Jawad Al-Sheikh, she filed a complaint against the person who publicly wronged her and falsely accused her.

Safaa Sultan confirmed that the judiciary will be the fair judge between the two parties and concluded her post with a Quranic verse: "Indeed, those who accuse chaste, unaware, believing women are cursed in this world and the Hereafter."

She emphasized her absolute trust in God's justice and the fairness of the Lebanese judiciary, expressing her gratitude to everyone who supported her and stood by her "for the truth," as she put it.

So far, no official response has been issued by Faris Iskandar regarding the complaint or the accusations against him.
