Hind Hamed Affirms Her Deep Love for the Song "Land of Light" Hind Hamed Emphasizes the Importance of Patriotic Songs

The artist Hind Hamed managed to touch the hearts of Roya TV viewers with her soulful voice and sensitive emotions. Her patriotic and humanitarian voice reached many, reflecting her deep sense of belonging to her homeland.

Hind Hamed said during her interview on the program "Helwa Ya Dunia," which airs on Roya TV from 9 to 11 AM every Friday, that there is a strong emotional bond between Omanis and the city of Amman. She explained that they feel an emotional fabric in Amman that is hard to separate from, which makes them deeply attached to it.

She confirmed that her song "Land of Light" had a great impact on her. The song was written years ago for the opening of the Image Festival, composed and written by Zaid Modhi and arranged by Yaarab Samirat.

Hind Hamed emphasized the importance of patriotic songs that express love and belonging to one’s homeland, as this contributes to strengthening a person’s rootedness in their land.

Regarding her artistic works, the artist, who attracted attention with her sweet voice during several concerts and events, said she participated in a series of artistic activities last year in the capital Amman, in addition to participating in the Konya Festival for Sufi Music.

She also mentioned her participation in a concert in Norway, where she was invited to represent Palestine by performing a collection of distinguished national songs. She also spoke about her attendance at the closing ceremony of the Burda Awards.

Notable Acting Works

In response to a question about acting, she said she faced challenges but added, "My passion for acting is almost like my passion for singing," indicating her love for acting alongside singing equally.

Regarding her participation in two seasons of the series "Ukhti wa Khalifti" ("My Sister and Her Successor"), which aired on Roya TV during Ramadan for two years as a comedy hour, she described the experience as "pleasant," despite her initial hesitation due to the comedic nature of the series.

She expressed her happiness to be part of the series, noting that director Ameen Matallqa excelled in directing the second season, and that she felt the team was like her family.

She also discussed her participation in several dramatic works including the film "Farha," the short film "Namos," the drama series "Tababa" which addresses the importance of mental health for children, and the series "Obour," a Syrian-Emirati-Jordanian collaboration.
