3/4 cup sugar

2 eggs, room temperature

Egg yolk at room temperature

3 tablespoons flour

1.5 teaspoon starch

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1.3 cups whipping cream

2 teaspoons vanilla

2 teaspoons white vinegar

1/4 teaspoon salt

Fruits for decoration: mixed berries, strawberries
