A meeting is held in Major General Hafez"s office to follow up on the killer"s latest requests, where he barteres the life of the kidnapped Major General "Saleh Ibrahim" for the release of 3 people who he believes have been unjustly sentenced. Shaaban, his weapon is seized, and a 5,000 EGP ransom is demanded from him in order to give him his Miri weapon.
