Jihan Mahmoud is being investigated because her car was used in a murder, and the police arrest Shahira and her sister Azza. Omar receives a call from the killer informing him that there is a surprise waiting for him in an unknown car next to the British Embassy in Garden City. After the police forces arrive at the location of the unknown car, they find half a body of a drug dealer in its back bag.
