On a new day, Abu Julia embarks on a journey to Aqaba, loading his car with his usual cooking tools. However, this time, he adds a charcoal grill to be part of a unique cooking experience.
During his trip, he stops by a spice shop to buy a selection of seasonings, where his attention is caught by a type of fresh herb.
After a conversation with the shop owner, he learns that it is mustard greens, an ingredient unfamiliar to him. They discuss different ways to cook it, and he discovers that it is traditionally prepared with yogurt. Inspired by this, Abu Julia decides to create a special dish that combines grilled kebab with mustard greens cooked in yogurt, adding a new flavor to his culinary adventure.
