Recipe ingredients:

2 cups chopped parsley

¾  cup strawberries, cut into small cubes

½  cup kiwi, cut into small cubes

¼  cup chopped blueberries (optional)

¼  cup chopped green grapes (optional)

Two chopped green onions

¼  cup toasted almonds and cashews

¼  cup dried cranberries

3 tablespoons chopped mint

¼  cup fine bulgur

Sauce:

Juice and zest of a whole lemon

Two tablespoons of pomegranate molasses

3 tablespoons olive oil

Salt, to taste
