Z - Trips - Episode 01

Our trip in Z Trips this time will be to the Deir al-Qamar area with Zaki al-Kassem. We will explore this region and learn about the origin of its name, Deir al-Qamar, which is derived from an old story. The story tells of a group of monks who decided to renovate the remains of a church, and because the renovation took place at night, using the light of the moon, they decided to call it Deir al-Qamar. We will also learn about the customs and traditions of this region and the things that make it unique and famous.
