Saffron Cream Qatayef
Ingredients:- 1/2 teaspoon saffron- 2.5 cups flour (312 grams)- 1/2 cup fine semolina- 1 tablespoon baking powder- 2 and 3/4 cups water (and more as needed)- 3 tablespoons sugar- Pinch of salt
Filling:- 1 cup cold Qaimar cream- 1/2 teaspoon saffron- 2 teaspoons hot water- Sweetened condensed milk- Saffron for garnish
