Ingredients:- 1 kg finely ground veal meat (20% fat)- Sea salt and black pepper- 10 potato buns or burger buns- Soft butter- Swiss cheese slices- Mushroom sauce- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil- 1 tablespoon butter- 200g fresh mushrooms- 1 teaspoon brown sugar- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder- 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce- 1.5 cups beef broth (or beef bouillon cube dissolved in hot water)- 2 tablespoons cornstarch- Salt and pepper- Served with French fries
