Ingredients:
For the batter:- 2.5 cups of flour (312 grams)- 1/2 cup fine semolina- 1 tablespoon baking powder- 1.5 tablespoons cocoa powder- 2 and 3/4 cups water (adjust as needed)- 3 tablespoons sugar- A pinch of salt
For the chocolate ganache filling:- 1/3 cup hot whipping cream- 100 grams chocolate (dark, medium, or milk)
