The events of the first episode begin with Fares and Karma closing their pharmacy to go to dinner at Fares"s mother"s house. However, after Fares forgets his mother"s Anosilin medication, he decides to rush back to the
pharmacy. Karma decides to wait for him nearby. Fares is surprised to find the door of his pharmacy slightly open, and he encounters a masked-faced thief holding a knife. A struggle ensues between them.
