Al-Hussein Sports Club is a sports club founded in 1964 in the city of Irbid. It is considered one of the effective clubs that practice many sports, such as football, basketball and handball, in addition to cultural and social activities. The football team appeared in 1975 and settled in the excellent division in 1975. He was not relegated from that date until 2012, when he was relegated and then returned to the professional level. Al-Hussein Club won the Jordanian Professional League championship in 2024 for the first time in its history.
