After the start of the Al-Aqsa Intifada in 2000, the Israeli military regime failed to control the borders separating the West Bank from occupied Palestine. This Israeli failure is nothing but a Palestinian victory, as the resistance continued to infiltrate from the West Bank into the Palestinian interior, and it was among the checkpoints that were established by the occupation army. A checkpoint called the Eyes of the Thief, and here was the role of the hero Thaer Hammad, who could not bear the injustice inflicted on women and children at that checkpoint.
