Um Nuri (Nadine Khoury) refuses to complete the marriage of her daughter, Zumurud, to Hamza (Milad Youssef), the son of Abu Hamza (Salloum Haddad), and a dispute arises between Abdo Al-Arbaji (Bassem Yakhour) and Abu Salim (Wael Zaidan), who covets Balqis’ rights, and demands that he returns the documents that was stolen from her.As for Nuri, he asks his mother to marry the midwife Bodour (Dima Kandalaft), but Al-Khanum (Nadine Khoury) rejects his request at all.
