Ingredients :
4 chicken breasts + 4 cheddar cheese slices
4 slices of turkey
Salt and pepper + eggs + crushed rusks
The sauce:
1 tablespoon of butter + 1 tablespoon of flour
1 cup of milk + 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
A pinch of nutmeg + oil for frying
