For the Shoulder:

A sheep"s shoulder which is medium in size

1 Spoon of Paprika

1 Spoon of Turmeric

1 Spoon of Dried onion

1 Spoon of Dried garlic

1 Spoon of nutmeg

1 Spoon of cardamom

1 Spoon of Dried ginger

Salt and Pepper

Half a cup of Taibah yoghurt

For rice:

4 cups of basmati rice Karam from Zamzam

8 cups of water

5 bay leaves

1 Spoon of cardamom

1 Spoon of Sweet spices

1 Spoon of Cinnamon chopsticks

5 cloves ram

A quarter spoon of saffron

Two tablespoons of rose water + nuts
