The "Hawa Dafi" band was established in Majdal Shams - the occupied Golan in 2010, between the ordeal of the occupation and its policies, and the pressure and conditions of external support. It became famous in the Golan, and it expanded to reach the Palestinian cities by participating in some festivals, and the Palestinian audience knew it as a band that presents its songs in a framework that mixes different musical styles with the dialect of the Golanis and their themes.
