In southern Jordan, specifically at Aqaba Castle, lies an area steeped in history. Along with this history, stories and tales have circulated over the years about treasures and artifacts buried beneath the castle, remnants of ancient battles, sunken ships, and even skeletons.
Some go even further, telling stories of a jinn supposedly inhabiting the place.
