The name is inspired by the civilization and heritage of Ramtha because it is characterized by agricultural land and livestock. After the royal blessing came from His Majesty King Abdullah II, the Ramtha Ghazlan Cultural Band set out to consolidate the Jordanian culture and it is affiliated with the Ministry of Culture.
