The series "El-Qaisar" tells the story of a person with extraordinary abilities, known as "El-Qaisar", who belongs to an extremist international terrorist group. After assuming leadership of the group, he faces a siege by the police in one of the Rafah tunnels, where the tunnel is destroyed and everyone is killed, except for El-Qaisar, who becomes the sole survivor.
