After her tour of Green Tunisia and Thailand, Darren Al-Khatib travels to Jordan to convey some of the features of his heritage of his civilization and history, through a travel and spice programme, and will reflect the stories of his people by learning about their daily lives, the foundations of building their social relationships, and the story of Jordanian cuisine through the ladies of the kitchen.
