Ola Tashman is a TV presenter and public figure, and is widely recognized as a chef. She co-hosts with fellow chefs Dima Hijjawi and Taymour Mauge on the ever-popular Jordanian Ramadan show "Sett Al Nakhat" on Roya TV. Chef Ola was one of the few Arab chefs to be praised by The New York Times for the delicious taste of her recipes.
