Samira Khoury

<p>Samira Khoury is a Jordanian actress of Palestinian origin, born in 1940. She began her artistic career in the 1970s after working as a teacher, where she was encouraged by the poet Abdul Rahim Omar to enter the world of acting. She distinguished herself for her roles in Bedouin and historical series, particularly her role in the series "Al-Tagreba Al-Falastiniya." In addition to acting, she participated in radio and television programs and was a member of the Jordanian Writers Association. She is considered one of the most prominent pioneers of Bedouin art in Jordan and is highly regarded in the artistic community and by the public.</p>
