<p>Mai Ezz El-Din was born on January 19, 1980 in Abu Dhabi to a Christian mother and a Muslim father. She grew up in Alexandria, where she earned a BA in Sociology from Alexandria University. She began acting in 2001 and has appeared in numerous films, dramas, and comedies.</p>
