Salma Almasri

<p>Salma Al-Masry is a Syrian actress, born on January 10, 1958 in Damascus to a prominent Damascene artistic family. Her grandfather was the musician Omar Al-Naqshbandi. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Damascus University, but did not practice law due to her early entry into the world of art. Early in her life, she was married to director Shakib Ghannam. After his death, she married media personality Mustafa Al-Agha, but their marriage did not last long. She has a strong relationship with her sister, actress Maha Al-Masry, and is the aunt of actress Dima Bayaa. She has a calm and humble personality and is keen to maintain her privacy away from the spotlight.</p>
