Farouk Al-Fishawy

<p>Farouk El-Fishawy was born on February 5, 1952, in Menoufia Governorate, to a family of five children, and he was the youngest. He lost his father at an early age, leaving his older brother to care for and raise him. He initially studied medicine and earned a Bachelor's degree, but later pursued his passion for art by enrolling at the Higher Institute of Theatrical Arts. He was married three times and had a son, Ahmed El-Fishawy, with his first wife, actress Somaya El-Alfy. He was known for his charismatic personality and strong presence, and always made sure to maintain his private life away from the spotlight. He passed away on July 25, 2019, after a battle with cancer, leaving behind a humanitarian legacy and a beloved public.</p>
