Our program warned about 3 weeks ago about the repetition of the "Ghor Al-Samar" experience with the floods that swept through it in previous years. We raised the issue of rehabilitating the main (culvert) or (canal) that forms the water collection in the "Al-Samar" area before the winter season, but yesterday the floods led to serious damage.
